Items that are worn, damaged, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.

Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the package.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to:

In these cases, we cover the return shipping or provide an alternative solution.
4. Condition Upon Arrival
Returned items must arrive at our facility in the same condition in which they were sent.
If the item arrives damaged due to poor packaging, the return may be declined.

We will provide the return address and detailed instructions once your request is approved.
Do not send any item back without contacting us first.
6. Processing Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
